A.  Every piece is customized and varies with fabric, project type, size, and customization.

Q. What is the turn around time?

A.  Typically 3 to 4 weeks. However, it depends on requested details of project.

Q. Is a deposit required?

A. There is a 50% deposit required up front before your project is started.

Q. Do you provide refunds or accept returns?

A.  No, we do not provide refunds, but make every effort to produce a quality product that our clients will be happy with for years to come. Since every item is customized, we do not accept returns.

Q. Where do I send my items for customized projects? 

A. After your consultation, you will be instructed on where to bring/mail your items.
